Aetna Insurance:
If you have Aetna Insurance, you can submit your policy information to me when completing your intake paperwork. Once that is done, I will request a Verification of Benefits from Aetna, which will clarify what your policy covers and what your cost would be for each session. I will then notify you so you can make an informed decision.
If you decide to work with me, I will ask you to pay your portion for each session prior to it starting. I will send you a payment link via email on the morning of scheduled sessions that will enable you to easily pay online without me holding your credit card information.
I will submit claims on your behalf automatically after each session through my third-party biller, and Aetna will pay me directly for the portion covered by your benefits.
