Alcohol counseling gives you the tools you need to work toward your goals.
Difficulties with alcohol, whether caused by stress, trauma, and/or genetic susceptibility, can have severe consequences for one’s health, relationships, and general quality of life. Fortunately, alcohol counseling offers a caring and supportive environment in which individuals can regain control of their choices and work toward a better future. If you’re in the Hillsborough, North Carolina area, you can find the support you need with me at Serenity4U.

My name is Linda, and I am a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with years of experience regarding the many ways alcohol can affect us. I offer a range of therapeutic services. I offer professional counseling, emotional support, and practical measures for addressing root causes when alcohol use has become a problem. With my help, clients are able to identify triggers, create coping methods, and set manageable goals.
The process includes a thorough assessment so we can create a personalized treatment plan together. This assessment will explore the client’s drinking habits, mental health, current situation, and more to help ensure the best results. From there, I work to teach healthier ways to manage stress, emotions, and relationships without resorting to alcohol. Additionally, we explore triggers and work on managing relapse risks to support long-term recovery – all in a judgement-free space.
Recognizing the need for treatment is the first step toward healing. Alcohol counseling provides the tools and assistance needed to recover. This allows my clients the opportunity to repair their lives, reestablish relationships, and look forward to a better future.
